Breakfast Taco Blog

 During Advance cooking this week we made breakfast taco. Our main focus this week while making these tacos were to stay safe and avoid foodborne illness by making sure to cook out any Salmonella. After constantly using the plastic spatula to flip the eggs we checked the temperature to make sure it was at 160 degrees. We practiced sanitation by making sure everything was cleaned properly including our hands. Down below you will find my evaluation.

After the food was prepared it was evaluated. The recipe was very easy to follow and all the ingredients were easy to find so preparing the meal was not very hard. With that being said the aroma, appearance and texture were all great and the overall taste was just about right. The meat was very savory and it had the perfect amount of seasoning to make it taste and look like an authentic mexican meal.
